At Sweet Dreams, we want each of you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange the items ordered. We have a simple 15 days returns/exchange policy for your convenience.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at marketing@sweetdreams.in or Whatsapp us on +91 9510979108 Please mention your order number and reason for return/exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange a pick up for the parcel.
The parcel when received by us undergoes quality checks. Once this process is completed, your refunds will be initiated or the replacement item will be courier to you.

Please note: we are available from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (Mon-Sat). If we are unavailable when you reach out to us, be rest assured your concerns will be attended to as soon as possible.
Damages and issues
We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched, however, incase you receive a wrong, defected or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email (marketing@sweetdreams.in) or via the Whatsapp chat button available on the site.
Cancellation
Please reach out to us via email or Whatsapp if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. In case you have paid via COD, our team will get in touch with you for your bank details. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
