• Refunds will be processed based on the original mode of payment, such as card, wallet, UPI, net banking, or cash on delivery. Loyalty points will be refunded to your loyalty account.

• To initiate a return for a SWEET DREAMS item, you can click on the provided link or log into your registered account and go to the order page. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a pick-up for the parcel.
• How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item from SWEET DREAMS?
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item at SWEET DREAMS, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
• For COD payments, the amount will be credited to the specified bank account. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's policy once the refund is released from our end.
