At Sweet Dreams, we want each of you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange the items ordered. We have a simple 15 days returns/exchange policy for your convenience.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your order number and reason for return/exchange. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched, however, incase you receive a wrong, defected or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via the Whatsapp chat button available on the site.
Please reach out to us via email or Whatsapp if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. In case you have paid via COD, our team will get in touch with you for your bank details. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
